Lisa was able to confirm for me that I was sexually abused when I was young. She had done the same thing for my cousin. I always knew it was true but I was told to keep quiet about it when I spoke to my caregiver about it. So I doubted myself.

I was outside painting,
no I said my main gig is working as an Intuitive
counsellor and Medium
Oh he said....looking at me and thinking
So have you seen that program Sensing Murder?
Yes I say I sure have
Do you reckon its bullsh*t he asked?
I’ve always loved that word bullsh*t
Well I say, what do you reckon?
He said my mate reckons it's all bullshit but I really don't
So I tell him this story about a client I had around 15 years ago
Her close friend had passed away and she was being woken every night around 2am
Every single night with buzzing around her head
and she'd be awake until around 4am
She came to see me and we chatted with her dear friend on the other side
They hadn't gotten around to discussing the details of her memorial service before she crossed over
Her friend had some pretty specific things she wanted for it
And was trying to wake her in the night and let her know what they were
By buzzing around near her ears
So they chatted away through me as the Medium and they got it all sorted
As well as sharing some super lovely heartfelt moments.
A few days later I got a message from her to say she was now sleeping like a baby
Hooray !

I had to do the same thing one night
I could feel all this energy around my neck and I knew when I went into meditation that it just wasn't mine
So I sent it up,
up and away
and really it was gone.
Awesome I said

I listened to an astrologer a week ago
She said that this week would likely be the most challenging week of 2021
I don’t buy into fear astrology

JUNE 2019
I've been dealing with PTSD most of my life, largely to the violent passing of both parents at the age of seven.
Lisa was able to assist in relieving the burden I was carrying and rekindled my memory to the very special love between my Mother and I.
We had a special thing we used to do that I had completely forgotten about 45 years later.
That is such a gift to have returned to me, a sacred memory of love and connection.

I lost my Dad 7 weeks ago this week.
A couple of weeks after he had gone my dear dear Lisa-Jane and I had a session.

I loved painting this Mandala back in 2015
I was right in the middle of a really frustrating situation
So I turned to painting
Dug out this canvas and painted a beautiful Mandala.
But it looked too contrived for my liking.
I wanted to add some edge to it
So I got my Gumboots on
Stood up the canvas on the grass and ran at it with my brush loaded with red paint and went splat
And did that two more times
It was so satisfying !
It felt done
And now I had worked through my frustration
And had my answer for my next steps to take sorting the situation out
Hooray !
How do you work through things? Oftentimes if I can’t set up painting I’ll go for a walk or I’ll get creative and cook dinner and sort out the problems of the world and mine too haha!
