đșA PRACTICE FOR THE MATEKITE
One of the practices I really encourage you to come into is keeping a journal or a beautiful book beside your bed, a place where you can begin to record what comes through.
Not just in dreams, but throughout your day.
Start to notice and write down the intuitive hits, psychic impressions, feelings, sensations, knowings and whispers that you receive.
And donât worry about whether they make sense.
They might be incredibly subtle.
It could be:
đșOne word that suddenly drops into your awareness.
đșA feeling or knowing that seems to come from nowhere.
đșA brush or sensation, like feeling a touch on the side of your head.
đșA whisper in your ear.
đșAn image or symbol that appears in your mind.
đș A sudden download of information or knowing.
đș A strong sense about someone or something.
âšđș A feeling that something is going to happen.
đș A dream that stays with you long after you wake.
Write it all down.
Even the things that seem completely random.
Even the things that make absolutely no sense at the time.
Because what youâre beginning to create is a record of how you receive.
Then, in two weeks⊠three weeks⊠perhaps even a few months later, go back through your journal.
You may begin to notice connections.
You might find that the strange little knowing you had actually unfolded into something you later experienced.
The person you suddenly thought about contacted you.
The feeling you had turned out to be significant.
đșThe image or symbol made sense later.
The dream became a piece of the bigger picture.
This is one of the ways we begin to recognise our own patterns of receiving.
Because your guidance may not arrive in some big, dramatic, unmistakable way.
Often, it is quiet.
Subtle.
A whisper.
A feeling.
A knowing.
A little nudge.
A fleeting image.
And the more you pay attention, the more you begin to recognise:
âAh⊠this is how my knowing speaks to me.â
So, beautiful wÄhine, begin your record.
You donât need to understand it.
You donât need to interpret it.
You donât need to make it mean anything.
Just notice. Record. Witness.
And let the meaning reveal itself in its own time.
This is how we begin to build a deeper relationship with our own inner knowing, and learn to recognise the many subtle ways guidance can move through us.
Trust what you receive.
Even when you donât yet understand it.
