I look into what is happening in my clients life. Usually they are at a cross roads and that is why they have come to me. As they ask questions about which path to take next, I listen for where they know the answer.
I believe we all have the answers within us.
I like to validate my clients intuitive knowing, so that when they are not with me they can tune in and feel how their body speaks to them, giving the answer in the form of a strong gut feeling or a deep knowing.
As I guide them through, almost as a life coach, I validate them, and transfer skills at the same time to do this.
Clients will finish the session with a clear path forward, brushed up on their intuitive skills, empowered and knowing their next step forward.

Plant Medicine
I bring the Plant Spirit Medicines into my work, much like when we use Bach flower rescue remedies. Through my sessions with a client I am able to see and feel (intuit) what essences would support them most in the healing process. I then prepare their own personal remedy for them to take.
I bring my shamanic healing into all aspects of my work. I tune into the energy of a person or place and can feel where the healing needs to happen. It can be past or present life, through trauma. I use my shamanic tools to do land and house clearings, and also soul retrievals. All of these are very deep forms of healing which can have powerful effects.
