Sitting with her
I was able to access that deep dark place
with her permission
That hid the rage, shame, guilt and her precious voice
I was able to access her anger for her
Her rage
She had kept quiet for years
Carrying the shame of being raped
It had spiralled her into a deep depression
Now she was with me and safe
I was able to be with her and bring up the rage on her behalf
She watched me and felt me bring it up out of her body
I roared and roared on her behalf
She had been crippled by silence and shame
and was too scared to reach it
To go into it
What if she spiralled into an even deeper depression by tapping it on her own
Now we were together ~
(with the Grandmother guides)
We would all bring up every bit of that rage
and the shame and guilt that was
NOT hers
And release it
I looked into her eyes and told her
It was NOT your fault
I did this over and over until I could see she was starting to believe it
and so was her body
That had been holding the memory and trauma of this
We would make sure she was no longer holding this
It was not hers
I could feel her body releasing it
Finally,
she was being held,
listened to,
understood,
loved,
We would get her back
Most of all she would get herself back.

Lisa was able to confirm for me that I was sexually abused when I was young. She had done the same thing for my cousin. I always knew it was true but I was told to keep quiet about it when I spoke to my caregiver about it. So I doubted myself.
Then we did a Soul retrieval as he stole so much of my childhood and I also asked around all my cousins if he had done it to them too.

There I was working away on this mural back in 2015 and this Builder guy calls out to me
And asks me - is that your work doing Art?
I was outside painting,
no I said my main gig is working as an Intuitive
counsellor and Medium
Oh he said....looking at me and thinking
So have you seen that program Sensing Murder?

Do you reckon its bullsh*t he asked?
I’ve always loved that word bullsh*t
Well I say, what do you reckon?
He said my mate reckons it's all bullshit but I really don't
So I tell him this story about a client I had around 15 years ago
Her close friend had passed away and she was being woken every night around 2am
Every single night with buzzing around her head
and she'd be awake until around 4am
She came to see me and we chatted with her dear friend on the other side
They hadn't gotten around to discussing the details of her memorial service before she crossed over
Her friend had some pretty specific things she wanted for it
And was trying to wake her in the night and let her know what they were
By buzzing around near her ears
So they chatted away through me as the Medium and they got it all sorted
As well as sharing some super lovely heartfelt moments.
A few days later I got a message from her to say she was now sleeping like a baby
Hooray !

I had to do the same thing one night
I could feel all this energy around my neck and I knew when I went into meditation that it just wasn't mine
So I sent it up,
up and away
and really it was gone.

I listened to an astrologer a week ago
She said that this week would likely be the most challenging week of 2021
I don’t buy into fear astrology
So instead I was just gently aware of what this week may bring
And wow there’s been a few tests, challenges and tears in my little world (good now thou).
It has been the same for a lot of my clients and friends too.

JUNE 2019
I've been dealing with PTSD most of my life, largely to the violent passing of both parents at the age of seven.
Lisa was able to assist in relieving the burden I was carrying and rekindled my memory to the very special love between my Mother and I.
We had a special thing we used to do that I had completely forgotten about 45 years later.
That is such a gift to have returned to me, a sacred memory of love and connection.
